Preparing the Environmental Record

USUSC Geographic and Environmental Consulting prepares the environmental record according to the following steps:

Reviewing legal requirements and verifying the forms and regulations approved by the environmental authority, leveraging USUSC’s expertise in navigating local and international standards.

Collecting baseline data on the facility (activity, production capacity, workforce, and operations) in coordination with project management and using USUSC’s approved templates.

Identifying environmental aspects (air, water, waste, soil, and hazardous materials) through a comprehensive technical assessment conducted by USUSC’s specialized team.

Compiling monitoring and analysis data and comparing results against permissible limits, utilizing accredited laboratories and under the supervision of USUSC experts.

Preparing environmental schedules for emissions, discharges, waste, and chemicals based on technical templates developed by USUSC.

Incorporating environmental management plans (waste, emergency response, and training) in alignment with the best practices adopted by USUSC in its projects.

Documenting and validating the record with the facility’s official signature and stamp, alongside technical review and approval by USUSC Consulting.

Updating the record periodically (monthly/quarterly) and conducting an annual review under the supervision of the USUSC team to ensure continuity and compliance.
